Privacy policy

Hakim uses information submitted through request forms and site interactions to respond, assess fit, and follow up internally.

Information collected

• Contact and business details entered in a form
• Problem descriptions and project preferences
• Optional PDF files attached for review
• Campaign attribution data such as UTM and click identifiers
• Site-use data such as interactions and session analysis through Microsoft Clarity
• Privacy and optional marketing consent choices

Retention

Leads are retained for up to 730 days or as long as needed to respond. Automatic deletion is not implemented in the first version.

Attached PDFs are used for request assessment and follow-up, with access limited to the Hakim team and the same retention period.

Consent

Accepting the privacy policy is required to submit a request. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Microsoft Clarity is enabled on public pages for experience analysis.

Sharing

Your information is not sold or transferred to third parties without consent or a legal requirement. Experience-analysis data is sent to Microsoft Clarity for that purpose.
